Project:

For our customer, Roche Diagnostics International based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for support in risk management ((M/F/d)

Background:

As the central location of the Diagnostics Division, we invest in research and development for new tests and systems for the rapid and reliable diagnosis of diseases.

The SHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) department, which includes the risk management and compliance area, ensures, among other things, the safety and protection of the health of our employees at the site and thus guarantees the "License to Operate".

Tasks:

Systematic analysis and assessment of risks
Reviewing, revising and updating existing risk scenarios
Validating the risk scenarios with various internal stakeholders
Updating the risk inventory for the site
Migrating the existing risk inventory to the newly introduced Enablon platform (SHE software for the administration and management of SHErelevant data)

Must Haves:

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or scientific field (chemistry, environment, etc.)
Initial professional experience and knowledge in the area of risk analysis/risk management, preferably in a strictly regulated, manufacturing company
Knowledge of carrying out risk analyzes and management in the areas of occupational safety, technical safety, health and the environment
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Independent, conscientious and precise way of working
Motivated team player
