Master's Thesis
  • Waelth Planner Trainee, whose task will be to write a thesis identifying the challenges that ultrawealthy families will face to protect their wealth and businesses in the future. This will be used to help the wealthplanning team provide guidance to clients on how to navigate the future private wealth environment.

Your role:


  • To write a thesis on governmental and political measures as well as other external threats that will have an influence on our clients' tax and succession planning.
  • In identifying potential threats to protecting wealth and financial wellbeing, the thesis will address questions such as:
  • How will potential future changes (environmental or geopolitical) influence the way our clients hold their assets?
  • What are the likely or unlikely disaster scenarios that our clients face, and what measures should be taken to protect their physical and financial wellbeing?
  • What are the new types of tax revenues that governments might introduce?
  • What are the threats to privacy is this something affecting UHNW families and will it only increase? Are their sufficient safeguards for individuals' financial and physical security?
  • What are the risks of being taxed in multiple jurisdictions on the same assets and profits?
  • What does the future hold for assetholding structures in taxneutral jurisdictions?
  • The thesis should also address what the wealth planning tools of the future will be and the types of planning and structures we can expect to see disappear.

Your profile:


  • Master's student in Finance or International Relations, Law or Economics.
  • A definite interest in international law, tax, economics and current international affairs.
  • Proficient with commonly used IT tools (MS Office, etc.).
  • A strong team player but able to work independently as well.
  • Excellent command of
    French and English
