We develops, manufactures and sells world-wide a complete range of transducers and electronic systems for the monitoring of engines, turbines and other rotating machinery in both the aerospace and energy industries.


The position:

To further strengthen our "Sales Services Energy" department, we are currently looking for a "
Customer Account Representative".


As "Customer Account Representative" you will be accountable to create standards quotations and ensure the efficient handling of customer order from entry to product delivery and cash collection.


The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • Enter customer purchase orders into SAP either directly or indirectly (CPQ), according to the order entry process
  • Communicate actively with other departments to achieve coherent and efficient workflow from quote to delivery
  • Manage financial aspect of orders as per procedures (credit cards prepayments, wire transfer payments, credit limit monitoring, etc.)
  • Coordinate deliveries between the supply chain departments and the customer
  • Generate technically simple quotations according to the process
  • Support other team members on daily activities
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes to ensure efficiency of the workflow and integration with other services
  • Document and maintain customer specific procedures and share specific knowledge

The profile:


  • Commercial education
  • Approx. 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial international environment
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, German and French
  • Sens of priorities, multitasking and ability to manage time effectively
  • Persistence, reliability, flexibility and good team spirit
