Executive Program Manager (EPM)

Your Mission
We are currently seeking a EPM to support the SASE Executive Team. In this role, you will balance a mix of operational, programmatic, and strategic responsibilities in support of the business.

EPM is a critical role with high visibility within Open Systems; and will benefit from experience dealing with all levels, functions, and divisions across the organization.

You should have experience in a wide range of areas with an eagerness to learn new skills.

This individual will need to be persuasive, diplomatic, and have strong communication skills; a systems and process-thinker, adept at converting abstract ideas into executable plans; relieving the CEO of lower-level operational responsibilities to focus on strategy and growth.


Your Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Key Operational and Strategic Review activities_
  • Driving the cadence and content for business, operational, and strategic review
  • Coordinating and facilitating operations and strategic reviews such as Executive team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Town halls, OKRs,
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional groups in the annual budget planning process, and the management of associated initiatives
  • Communications_
  • Build and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders including internal employees, external audiences, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive customer and company communications and branding related items
  • Prepare for updates and business reviews with the Executive team and board members
  • Utility Player tackling strategic and tactical projects_
  • Help define, monitor, and track the company's priorities and annual goals for the year.
  • Integrate and focus initiatives, projects, and activities in support of business priorities
  • Create and strengthen crossfunctional bridges, enabling collaboration and alignment

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy and business operations; and, ideally, a similar crossfunctional role
  • Highly effective communicator and can execute at the tactical and strategic level.
  • Organized processdriven mindset
  • Demonstrated successful project management across a diverse set of projects
  • Diplomatic and directive
  • Lead by example, creating a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to work
  • PMO experience in an IT or software company preferred
