    Key Responsibilities

    • Install and configure terminal equipment for residential and business clients.
    • Maintain HFC & FttH distribution networks through adjustments, troubleshooting & diagnostics.
    • Provide product advice to customers while handling on-call service rotationally.

    Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) or equivalent experience is mandatory. Additionally:

    • A solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP etc.) is expected.
    • HFC & FttH networking experience along with commissioning domestic devices like TVs/modems are preferred skills.</i>
