On behalf of our client, a prestigious Swiss bank, we are looking for a Trust Administrator (60-80%) in Wealth Planning for an 8-months contract position based in Zürich.


Job Description:


  • Organize transfer of companies to new providers
  • Liaise with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
  • Repaper accounts in relation to transfer
  • Maintain the database up to date.
  • Draft documentation such as letters and resolutions
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
  • Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business (such as set up / close structures, account openings, transfer of life insurance policies, filing and scanning)

Required experience and skills:

  • Some experience in trust administration, STEP qualified is a plus
  • Fluent in English (must) and German (would be an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organized person
  • Proactive and service oriented
  • Must be a team player
