Accounts Payable Manager - Zug, Schweiz - Swisslinx

On behalf of our client, a company within the beverage sector, based in Zug, Swisslinx is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join Accounting & Finance team.
The individual will report to the Head of Accounting Operations International and will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Team based in Zug.
You will oversee all Accounts Payable matters for the international office.Your mission:
- Staff, oversee and manage all activities related to accounts payable, vendor management, processing of vendor invoices, employee expense claims and VAT compliance and reporting
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all financial information is appropriately tracked and accounted for
- Lead the monthend close process for his/her areas of responsibility and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and other financial reporting documents
- Review account reconciliations, complex accounting estimates and related journal entries
- Analyse variances, trends and identify inconsistencies as part of the monthly financial review process
- Assist with the implementation of the Company's ERP system and develop adequate internal controls for his/her areas of responsibility
Your profile:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the Finance area of Accounts Payable
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
- Very strong Microsoft Office excel skills
- Fluency in English, German would be an advantage.
