Project Technician (%) Your area of activity You will hold a key position within our Thermal Networks Service with the unique opportunity to participate in the energy transition mission if you accept it: Prepare the project plans for the CAD network construction sites, in particular: Edit the preliminary and project plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, construction) and external stakeholders (engineering offices, suppliers) Establish technical commercial offers Manage tenders and building requests Monitor the projects for connecting new buildings to the CAD networks Ensure coordination between the technical office, construction teams, and sales teams Track the development of CAD infrastructures using GIS tools Perform thermal surveys, size and monitor the work Assist engineers on large-scale projects, conduct specific studies for business development Prerequisites, you must: Hold a degree in civil engineering or Building Services Designer, Technician ET/ES or equivalent Master GIS software (e.g., ESRI, QGIS) and AutoCAD Have experience in a technical field such as construction, building, or energy Have good knowledge of hydraulic systems, construction standards, and safety regulations Enjoy contact and be able to work in a team Hold a driving license A glance at your benefits: Desired start date: as soon as possible (This position is open to all individuals regardless of their gender, identity, origin or jid0ff19f7aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
