Your role

  • Do you have a passion for technology and have strong analytical skills? Do you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders from various segments across the bank with focus on credit financing?
  • We're looking for someone like that to:
  • maintain and update project management reporting tools
- create and maintain documentation for projects, including risk tracking, action logs and project deliverables
- manage and control financials (forecasts, actuals, invoices)
- perform quality assurance on received data inputs based on given guidelines


Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Your team

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • In particular, you have:
- [pick 4-6 from the list]
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in XY or similar
- at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
- a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- a commercial background (with marketing experience, ideally)
- know-how gained from experience (or internship) in XY or similar
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a strong interest in financial markets (knowledge of risk modelling a plus)
- previous experience or familiarity of XY
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- a proven record of working well with others in a diverse setting

- an open, flexible and extroverted personality
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- experience with high-level programming language and statistical modeling software know-how (like R, SAS, Matlab, Stata)
- extensive past experience with MS Office
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
- fluency in French and English
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
