- Selbständige Qualitätsabwicklung von Kompressoren
- Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Klassifikationsgesellschaften sowie gesetzliche Vorschriften in Prüfplänen und Prüfanweisungen
- Unterstützung und Beratung von internen und externen Schnittstellen in Qualitäts-Fragen
- Betreuung von Kunden / Inspektoren bei Abnahmen im Werk Winterthur und gelegentlich bei Lieferanten
- Überprüfung und freigeben der von Lieferanten geforderten Q-Dokumente bei abnahmepflichtigen Teilen (EN10204, 2.1 / 3.1 / 3.2) & NDT Zertifikate
- Erstellung der geforderten Prüfzertifikate und der Q-Enddokumentation
- Auditierung von Lieferanten, interne Audits nach ISO9001 / 14001 / 45001
- Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten und bei Prozessoptimierungen
- Technische Berufslehre mit Weiterbildung in Maschinenbau (HF/FH)
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung / Qualitätskontrolle von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Bereich DT / NDT sowie Normkenntnisse in ISO9001 / 14001 / 45001
- Kenntnisse über länderspezifische Vorschriften (z.B. EU-Richtlinien) und Erfahrung mit Regelwerken von Klassifikationsgesellschaften von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Planerischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zu Sonderleistungen
- Souveräner Umgang mit Störfaktoren bei der Zielerreichung
