+Responsibilities
+- Supporting Infront customers on the entire journey using our solutions starting from the onboarding of new customers including project coordination/project management for these projects and continuously expand adoption by adapting the configuration.
- Trusted advisor to customers on how our solution can best support their investment operations.
- Working closely with Product Development BPO and Content departments to adapt the solutions to our customers' needs.
- Collaborating with Sales/Pre-Sales in day-to-day business.
- SUPPORTING PRODUCT MANAGEMENT BY SPECIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SOLUTION
- You have a degree in business administration an IT-related field or a similar qualification.
You bring solid professional experience in Wealth Portfolio or Asset Management with a specific focus on the Swiss market Ideally this includes expertise in areas such as Regulatory Compliance Investment Processes Performance Measurement & Risk Management and Order Management.Stellenbeschreibung
