Supported by the Head of Risk and Compliance, within the Risk & Compliance department you will coordinate a project to obtain a certification, related to responsible and ethical practices in the Maison.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Build roadmap and retroplanning; Drive execution and followup the deadlines
  • Organize project meetings, such as kick off, reviews with business owners, audit preparation
  • Liaise with business owners, with at least 40 contributors on transversal professions
  • Map, align and ensure that the certification requirements are matched by business owners followup the actions to comply and measures where needed.
  • Drive the collection of required documents
  • Communicate project progression to business stakeholders
  • Provide reports and regular feedback; identify issues as part the project and escalate if needed
  • Be part of the audit days (during the last month of your internship), organizing the agenda and participating in the debriefing and followup
