- Align business continuity with strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain strategic portfolio plan for BCM initiatives
- Oversee development, prioritization and implementation of projects
- Compile portfolio status reports to address expectations of stakeholders
- Make recommendations to further improve Skyguide's overall resilience
- Coach business continuity stakeholders such as project- and portfolio managers
- Perform risk management
- Knowledge of BCM principles and best practices
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management and/or risk management
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to identify and mitigate risks
- Understanding of the aviation sector or safety critical environments
- English, French and/or German as a strong asset

Beschreibung
You will implement our business continuity roadmap covering operational business continuity, infrastructure elements and disaster recovery to improve the resilience of Skyguide. This role will provide more visibility to the BCM portfolio and shall enable value-based decision making.
