    PROJECT MANAGER – CUSTOMER SUCCESS (30% - 50%) - 123 NEXT une équipe jeune et dynamique active dans la Ce que permet le poste ?· Flexibilité sur les horaires et le lieu de travail, poste ouvert aux indé à l heure et profils , poste long terme X de progression· directe avec le CEO et équipe jeune et dynamique, société en croissance· Développement des aspects gestion de projet, customer success et team X -nous ?· Société de : 123 Next Notre mission : "Empowering All Nos valeurs : Excellence engagement, apprentissage permanent, écoute, humilité, impact, vision long terme· En quelques chiffres : 200+ vidéos par an, 100+ par an, 100+ clients, présence dans 5 cantons romands et des industries variées, une équipe composée de 5 personnesOù je travaillerai ?· Hybride – Distanciel et présentiel à nos bureaux à Chemin du Champ-des-Filles 4Quelles seraient mes missions ?· Gestion des projets : Vous piloterez la gestion des projets externes & internes, brief, gestion client, avec staff-clients-partenaires, booking agenda, délais, délivrables, qualité, etc.· Gestion de l agenda : Vous accompagnerez le CEO dans la des différents meetings-événements-projets pour l équipe et pour les clients, agenda, Outlook, e-mails, Gestion avancement tâches internes/externes : Vous serez responsable de l avancement des projets en avec les différentes personnes, revue des tâches et processus qualité, délais, etc.· Gestion du bureau : Vous participerez aux réunions d équipe, organiserez les évènement internes ou marketing avec nos clients, envoi e-mails, bureautique, etc.Quelles sont les compétences Skills :8 ans minimum d expérience en gestion de projet C-level, projets de type Agence, Big4 = un plusExcellente maîtrise des délais, avec le staff-client-partenairesAgilité avec les outils digitaux comme X Bexio, etc.Gestion des projets internes et externes, délivrables, capacité à s organiser et délivrer avec précision et discipline, respect délais et rédaction, e-mails, et self review documents.
