Position is responsible for base business support of the PES, Large Molecule Drug Substance & Drug Product platforms with particular focus on the management of Raw Material oversight at each of our CMO sites & needed connections with internal teams.

As Raw Material SPOC he/she will be responsible to gather needed information from external partners, including but not limited to oversight & visibility of the status of all LM RM, identify any potential constraints in supply across LM DS & DP sites, and work with cross functional internal Janssen teams to help lead develop, implement, & execute mitigations against issues.

The role leads & orchestrate the connection across Janssen organizations and provides support in scoping the external and internal landscape in developing standard processes, roles & responsibilities to ensure seamless movement of raw materials around the network, ensuring that products are available to meet patient needs.

**PES Raw Material Lead (f/m/d)
**The role will achieve maximum relationship value through accelerated innovation, supplier integration, process improvement, and collaboration.

The internal & external relationships are complex in nature and require extensive interaction with key business stakeholders, critical supplier leadership, and other segment/functional leadership.

The role acts as Single Point of Contact for Raw Material Management connecting internal and external sites, providing oversight for all activities and leads Virtual Management teams including Quality, TechOps, Procurement, Clinical Supply Chain, Planning and Finance (and others as needed) to drive high performing sites.

Qualifications:

5+ experience in the areas of both general supply chain management (logistics, transportation & manufacturing operations LM) and business management (business development, procurement, value chain management).
Demonstrated knowledge of functions including Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning and Procurement.
Understanding of endtoend supply chain considerations and methods of driving continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience creating and working with negotiated agreements.
