We are looking for ambitious colleagues to join our successful Financial Services Deal Advisory team in Zurich. In this function, you will advise national and international clients from different sectors in complex transactions - from kick-off to closing.
Manager - Deal Advisory - Financial Services / M&A

Your contribution to KPMG

Lead and contribute to complex and multidisciplinary buy

- & sell-side M&A projects and cooperate with other senior team members in the daily deal execution

Create and design financial valuation models and business plans together with our clients using a wide range of research tools
Prepare high quality client presentations and drive in internal and external marketing activities as well as general business development
Lead industry research and market analyses and contribute to KPMG M&A publications

This is what makes you successful

Master's Degree with an emphasis in finance, controlling or accounting
At least 5 years of professional experience in M&A, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
Strong personality with mature professional demeanor and a client focus.
A solutionorientated work style and entrepreneurial thinking
Strong interest in or experience in the Financial Service industry
Excellent command of MS Office
Fluency in German or French with excellent command of English
