Welcome to the future of law Are you a Product Manager looking to build the future of legal? Legartis is seeking a Product Manager (AI) to lead the product development and implementation of our innovative AI-powered solution that is transforming the legal industry.

In this role, you will be the crucial link between our engineers and legal professionals, spearheading with our CTO to align product and AI initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.

YOUR MISSION

Own the product, prioritize and drive the execution of the work for the scrum team
Stay ahead of the market: Evaluate market trends in LegalTech and AI and set expectations for the product
Build partnerships that complement our product strategically
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
Work with partner companies in order to improve our product constantly
Motivate the team in executing the vision and keeping the great working culture we have implemented

Your Profile

A strong focus on customer understanding and need assessment
You are motivated to stay uptodate on the latest AI technologies
Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
You have successfully executed software projects and built software products
A technical background, ideally be able to be handson if needed (Python, AI, Angular)
Indepth knowledge of Agile and SCRUM processes and principles
Demonstrated ability to multitask, set and manage expectations in a fastpaced environment whilst wearing multiple hats
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Interested in current business trends involving AI and LegalTech
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
A background in the legal tech domain is a plus

We will have a 15minute call where we can discuss your background and get to know each other better. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the company or the role.
Next, you will have an indepth interview with our CTO and Product Manager Data. This will be an opportunity for you to showcase your technical skills and experience, as well as learn more about our company and your role
After the interview, you will participate in a challenge to demonstrate your capabilities in a handson way.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to meet the team and get to know everyone you would be working with. This will be a chance for you to ask any remaining questions and get a sense of our company culture.
