Export and Order Processing Administrator 100% (all genders)

Your contribution:

Independent order processing in an international context
Organization of shipments with our logistics partners (freight forwarders and courier services)
Creation of export documents (E-DEC, EUR1 export declarations, Carnet ATA, certificates of origin)
Preparation of financial documents (credits, debit notes, returns, payment reminders)
Verification of countryspecific regulations, as well as tax and customs classifications
Invoicing of orders and processing of Letters of Credit
Close collaboration with our international distributor network
