For our client from the banking industry in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Application Administrator – Securities Finance (FIS SFTC/APEX/Finance).Your qualification Act as application expert to the Securities Lending and Borrowing team "Run the bank" and assure system availability and stability Support the business colleagues on their daily work and run investigations (e.g.

trade processing, P&L / recon breaks) Raise recommendations on system and process improvements Generate reports as per business needs Be an essential stakeholder in fully automizing the Securities Lending and Borrowing business As a member of the agile organization, involve in daily routines and ceremonies As an employee of Markets IT you act as local gateway to the Central IT department and to the vendor Support the upgrades to the latest version by advising as senior expert and by conducting tests Your profile Many years hand-on experience as IT Engineer, Administrator and/or Developer with FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform Sound business understanding in Securities Lending and Borrowing Profound developer knowhow in Java/JMS and SQL Basics in Agile/SAFe methodology Ability to communicate with management, business, IT and vendors Fluent in Englisch, German would be of advantage Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar Many years hand-on experience as IT Engineer, Administrator and/or Developer with FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform Sound business understanding in Securities Lending and Borrowing Profound developer knowhow in Java/JMS and SQL Basics in Agile/SAFe methodology Ability to communicate with management, business, IT and vendor Fluent in Englisch and German would be advantage
