Join us as a Business Manager, supporting the fast-paced Wealth Management department in the implementation of the banks client periodic AML review.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for all the key aspects of the review's lifecycle, including business analysis and process re-engineering, testing and rollout, working closely with the dedicated IT teams and with the relevant business stakeholders.

You will take part in the delivery of projects with the aim of increasing the level of automation in existing processes, reducing process complexity, addressing key audit points, growing business efficiency, and reducing risk.

  • You Offer
To be able to succeed in this role the skills required are the following:

  • An above average university degree or an equivalent education in banking, finance-related area
  • 2 years' business risk analyst experience within the financial services industry, with specific focus in business process reengineering and automation of risk management related processes.
  • Experience with IT related topics and teams, translating business needs into technical requirements (experience with JIRA and confluence is an asset)
  • Analytics capabilities which allow to identify, analyses, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets by using statistical techniques
  • Knowledge of the financial business, products, and fronttoback processes would be a plus
  • High flexibility and attention to detail with strong problemsolving and analytical skills combined with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple challenging assignments
  • Strong communication and partner skills allowing you to optimally collaborate, negotiate and build up enduring relationships on all hierarchical levels
  • Good command of English is required; German is a plus

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and a good knowledge of Front tools
