Your challenge*:

1st level support for external and internal customers (phone and mail)
Preparation and dispatch of ebanking access data
Preparation of documentation such as reports, statistics

Your profile*:

High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
Communicative, reliable, resilient personality with initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact in the international banking environment
Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
Experience in the banking environment (online banking) and or support
