In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Events Trainee

Main activities

Support the Events Team through the phases of planning, organizing and executing on Medical Education, webbased and commercial Events
Support with onsite Event execution and preEvent preparation work
Participants list management
Post-Event recaps, data collection and list uploads
Conduct research for upcoming Events
Update de Events folder
Flights booking for our VIPs
Support on various International Events organisation

Your profile

Hospitality or Events Degree
Proficient in PowerPoint, good command of Excel and Word
Autonomous, rigorous and organized
Team player with an open mind
Fluent in French with at least a B2 level in English
