As a Financial Controller you will be in charge of financial control and reporting at EMEA level and coordination of FP&A processes

Budgeting and Forecasting:

You will manage and monitor the budget followed by HQ's guidelines and be fully responsible in the preparation of budget package and presentations

P&L and KPI Analysis:

In coordination with the sales & marketing teams & clusters controllers, you will analyze commercial performance, drive advertising and promotions investments, build new route-to-market costs, determine and influence key value drivers.

You will develop and generate the reports and documents to support business decisions as required.

Reporting:

You will prepare monthly management reports, You will manage & implement monthly closing activities

Control:

You will ensure proper procedures and internal controls are put in place

You will also participate in ad hoc projects

Profile:

You have around 5 years of experience in commercial finance ideally gained in FMCG companies.

Experience in the management of distribution networks

You will bring strong interpersonal and people management skills, with strong ability to work with all levels and all functions in a multicultural environment

You have a strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail

You have strong analytical and synthetic skills

Fluency in English
