Field-based position with visits to the headquarters in Geneva_

Context & Mission:

For 50 years, MSF has been providing medical assistance to populations facing life-threatening crises: mainly armed conflicts, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, and exclusion from healthcare.

All these situations require appropriate medical and logístical resources.

Determining the level of Quality of Care (QoC), we want to reach in our project is always a challenge; often it relies more on the perceptions of quality, rather than indicators of quality.

Therefore, it is important we can measure it.

By doing so, together with the field team, gasp will be identified, and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) will be put in place.

The IHC program is also focusing on patient safety as it is a key quality indicator and an entry door to learn and ensure we are improving the care we deliver.
