    Position Overview:

    Variatys is looking for a Change Manager ConsultantConsultant to join our dynamic team. The Change Manager Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving administrative, business, and technological transformation programs. This individual will be responsible for effectively managing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and facilitating stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Lead and manage change initiatives

    - Develop comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and communication materials to support successful project implementation.

    - Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to identify potential areas of resistance and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

    - Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to effectively navigate change and foster a culture of continuous improvement and anchor projects.

    - Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of change on stakeholders and develop tailored engagement strategies.

    - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and implementing adjustments as necessary.

    - Serve as a subject matter expert on change management methodologies and best practices, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.

    - Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages open communication and participation throughout the change process.

    Qualifications:

    - Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management in administrative, business, and technological transformation programs.

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively at different hierarchical levels.

    - Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

    - University degree in Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Journalism, or related field.

    - Excellent writing and synthesis skills (mandatory).

    - Proficiency in French (C2) and English (C1).
