Responsibilities

Agile project management for various compliance deliverables in the financial industry
Facilitation of Scrum / SAFe ceremonies
Manage different topics in parallel while setting the priorities
Project reporting, financial controlling and documentations
Ensure compliance to project standards and governance
Anforderungen

Requirements:

Experience in managing projects with budgets over 1mCHF in Scrum/SAFe and

waterfall methodology

Experience in communicating with IT and business stakeholders and teams
Project management certification
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience in risk

- or compliance-related projects

Experience in SAFe and Scrum delivery methodology and ceremonies
SAFe certification
Good German language skills

Personality

Strong presentation and communication skills on various levels
Strong problemsolving skills

Fast learner
