We Offer


Perform pipeline management in close collaboration with EMEA Sectors and identify key clients amongst different dimensions, analyze historic financial performance with focus on asset and revenue development, and identify the future potential.

Leverage global product and coverage partners to assist in client coverage strategy. Prepare pitchbooks, meeting materials and follow-up items for client and prospective client meetings with A&S Senior Management involvement.


Manage strategic and tactical business initiatives with an eye towards internal clients, the bank and client advisors generating tangible business impact.

Maintain, analyze, and present data for stakeholders across business and control functions, devise project plans and work with cross-department and cross-divisional teams in the implementation.

Provide regular updates to A&S Senior Management.

Develop new business lines and client acquisition frameworks leveraging external partnerships and internal capabilities.

Further evolve coverage of private banking client segments e.g., company executives, athletes or entrepreneurs and coordinate internal coverage teams to ensure best-in-class prospecting, client servicing and client development.

Prepare presentations for internal audiences as well as clients and prospects. Manage recurring coverage team meetings and internal events including agenda planning, execution, and follow-up.

  • You have at least three years of professional experience in Wealth Management or Management Consulting with strong analytical and project management background
  • Strong conceptual thinking as well as ability to drive implementation of projects and initiatives
  • An understanding of financial steering frameworks in Wealth Management
  • A developed commercial sense ideally combined with some client facing experience
  • You describe yourself as a structured and analytical person with affinity for execution
  • High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability
  • You bring excellent communication skills including the ability to explain complex challenges in a clear and understandable manner to your stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and cando personality with eagerness to learn and develop
