Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people.

These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.


The Financial Institutions Management (FIM) team is embedded in the Finance Department, and its purpose is to create, maintain and develop relationships with the financial institutions that service the Pictet Group.


You will join FIM's Network Management team, whose remit is to oversee the financial institutions appointed to provide an expanding array of services, covering securities and fund custodians, cash and derivatives clearers as well as additional asset classes such as digital assets.

  • Establishing and maintaining a close relationship with external providers to ensure a comprehensive view across all activities, excellent service quality and longterm commitment.
  • Acting as a reliable partner for internal clients to help them identify and implement the most appropriate solutions for their business needs.
  • Leading or coleading projects aimed at continuously improving the quality and resilience of the Group's network of providers and at protecting our clients' interests as well as the Group balancesheet.
  • Playing an active role in longterm, crossdisciplinary initiatives to support the Group's ambitions, with specific focus on risk management and Asia.
Description du profil

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years experience, preferably as a Network Manager or in a custody relationship management position.
  • Good understanding of the cashclearing and custody industries and their respective regulatory frameworks. Expertise in derivatives would be a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity and an ability to challenge and reassess the status quo.
  • A real team player with excellent communication skills that will enable you to interact effectively with both internal and external partners.
  • Capable of combining entrepreneurial spirit with superior risk awareness.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages
  • German, in particular would be an asset.
  • An interest in digital assets.
  • Open to travel.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
