Group Leader at the Municipal Nursery Bubenberg

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at the Municipal Crèche Bubenberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a German-speaking group of children aged 3 months to 4 years, providing a caring and stimulating environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement daily educational programs based on learning stories in collaboration with the team.
• Support children's exploration and discovery of the garden and forest environments.
• Maintain open communication with parents and other stakeholders regarding child care needs.

The ideal candidate will have:
