Job summary
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to build operate and scale a high-performing B2B marketing organization focused on demand generation and pipeline growth.You will oversee paid acquisition creative strategy full-funnel performance lifecycle marketing and organic distribution while managing a cross-functional marketing team.
The position requires a strategic operator who can combine deep analytical expertise with hands-on execution optimizing multi-channel campaigns and budgets.
You will play a critical role in driving predictable sales pipelines improving conversion metrics and scaling marketing systems across channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Google YouTube and LinkedIn managing multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.
- Develop and implement creative strategies directing teams to produce high-performing ads messaging and creative assets.
- Manage full-funnel performance from click to booked call including landing pages CRO forms retargeting and lead quality initiatives.
