Job descriptionYOUR TASKS:
- Financial planning together with the CEO
- Overview of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
- Weekly cost forecast and management of after sales operations
- Weekly cashflow management
- Control and supervision of travel expenses
- Involvement in purchase contracts
- Comparison of forecasts and actual costs in various areas (construction, aftersales activities, marketing, new business units)
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS:
- Completed a business/ finance/ accounting degree (minimum Bachelor, advantage Master or MBA) and a strong understanding of business processes
- High performer, entrepreneurial & strong mindset required
- Experience in international companies operating in various markets
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle accessories industries
- Work experience in similar positions in corporations or work experience with financial responsibility in medium size family businesses
- Very good English (written and spoken) and German is required, other foreign languages are of great advantage
- Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking"
- Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
