• Financial planning together with the CEO
• Overview of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
• Weekly cost forecast and management of after sales operations
• Weekly cashflow management
• Control and supervision of travel expenses
• Involvement in purchase contracts
• Comparison of forecasts and actual costs in various areas (construction, aftersales activities, marketing, new business units)

• Completed a business/ finance/ accounting degree (minimum Bachelor, advantage Master or MBA) and a strong understanding of business processes
• High performer, entrepreneurial & strong mindset required
• Experience in international companies operating in various markets
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle accessories industries
• Work experience in similar positions in corporations or work experience with financial responsibility in medium size family businesses
• Very good English (written and spoken) and German is required, other foreign languages are of great advantage
• Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking"
• Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
