About the role

We are looking for Reporting Professional who will support and coordinate the quarterly financial reporting process, support the L&H reporting team in analysis of the key drivers of the financial performance and will support broader finance team in ad-hoc projects and interesting initiatives.

This role is a rare opportunity to collaborate with teams across Swiss Re Group.

Key responsibilities:

Planning and coordination of the reporting process with various teams including Group finance, Investor relations, Media relations, regional finance teams and many others
Analysis and explanation of the financial performance of the L&H Reinsurance business unit compared to internal and external targets
Consolidation of financial input from various stakeholders
Support finance initiatives and projects

About the team
We are multinational team located in Zürich, working with specialists around the world.

We have the ownership of the consolidated L&H results with focus on external disclosures and internal management reporting, and we provide high-quality analysis to senior management for steering purposes.

We are actively involved in the Group's transition from US GAAP to IFRS reporting in 2024 which offers a phenomenal learning opportunity.

About you

A great teammate with good analytical and organizational skills who can interpret financial data and can manage timelines and stakeholders.

A person who is confident in written and spoken English, works independently and likes to be challenged.

Degree in Finance, Economics or a similar educational background
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Eligible to work in Switzerland
