Position:


Based in Geneva, the Retail Performance Intern will liaise closely with our stores on a day-to-day basis providing first line support to our network across Central Europe (Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania).

You will assist in the coordination of Retail Performance topics and drive the client experience within our stores.

Your role will be a key interlocuter between our Retail teams and various Head office functions including Retail Performance and Learning.


Monthly, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Store and Retail Operations teams
  • Regularly attend store visits to ensure close partnership and to offer support across several projects including Store revamps, PointofSale updates, and Compliance updates
  • Proactively review and monitor the Weekly and Monthly Operational and Turnover KPIs
  • Roll out, allocation and followup on store uniforms in the entire region
  • Actively promote internal tools and processes for stores through the weekly internal Retail Magazine working crossfunctionally to ensure exciting content
  • Support other headoffice departments with comprehensive data analysis across a various retail KPIs
  • Support the setups of Workshops and Trainings contributing to the optimization of store operations/ processes
  • Assist the RPM Manager with ad hoc projects to ensure the highest level of client experience

Profile:


Your Profile:


  • Fluent in English, French & German are an asset. You are available for a 12 months' commitment starting in May 202
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal & external contacts
  • Previous experience working within a client centric service environment required
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Profound PowerPoint and Excel skills (including VBA) with previous experience in analysing and visualizing large volumes of data
  • Ability to prioritise a varying workload and to work on your own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • A team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and multicultural environment
  • Agility and entrepreneurial spirit will support you in finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role
