For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Tasks

Negotiate, draft, review and amend contracts with focus on IT and procurement
Support the legal department regarding disputes and contract law issues
Liaise with outside legal counsel regarding M&A matters
Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Advise in all aspects of corporate governance

Requirements:

Resident in Switzerland
Fluency in German and English
Completed MLaw, Swiss bar admission is a plus
Proven experience in contract law, M&A and corporate is a plus
At least 5 years of PQE in insurance, industry or with toptier law firms
