- This 3-year PhD fellowship focuses on developing AI tools to support the achievement of healthy soils by 2050 through EU policy implementation.
- Familiarity with geostatistics, digital soil mapping, remote sensing and GIS is advantageous.

The project will investigate how artificial intelligence can accelerate literature reviews, extract best management practices from long-term experiments, and design methods to evaluate soil health.
We are looking for a motivated researcher with a Master's degree in Environmental or Soil Sciences, AI, Data Science, Geosciences or related fields. Experience with data analysis/modelling and programming is required.
