Job summary
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a next-generation institutional trading platform.You will define the engineering roadmap, lead a high-performing team,
and deliver multi-asset trading capabilities across equities, options,
FX futures and derivatives. The position requires strong architectural judgment,
execution discipline and hands-on technical expertise to ensure high performance,
reliability and regulatory compliance in latency-sensitive systems.
Qualifications
- V P level or equivalent engineering experience owning critical market facing platforms
- Proven experience building scaling engineering teams for complex high impact systems
