Polyvalent Receptionist-Administrative Assistant


On behalf of a prestigious private bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist-Administrative Assistant who is ready to take on a great and challenging role with plenty of responsibilities.


Your responsibilities:


As Receptionist:

  • Welcoming and looking after customers and guests
  • Managing client meetings: rooms reservation, video conference setup, serving drinks, cleaningup
  • Organizing travel, hotels and restaurants for Relationship manager and local Management
  • Preparing inhouse business lunches
  • Managing cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, change,) and entering invoices onto internal system
  • Providing general secretarial tasks (scanning, copying, etc.)
  • Managing suppliers' relationship for office supplies, couriers, mail, etc.
  • Managing the access control and badges
  • Backfill RM Assistants upon request

As Administrative and logístical support:

  • Providing administrative support to local Management team with projects
  • Organizing meetings, coordinating agendas and preparing minutes
  • Collaborating with other offices' Facility and Security Management
  • Assisting Facility Manager with logístical matters: coordinating craftsmen, handling office moving,

Your profile

  • CFC of commercial employee or diploma in hospitality
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a front desk or in front supportive function, in a luxury establishment or in private bank
  • Excellent client and service orientation with high social competencies
  • Pleasant confident appearance, positive charisma, professional and discreet behavior
  • Team player, entrepreneurial approach and integrity
  • Flexible and resourceful, keen to learn new things
  • Stress resistant, multitask capacity & problemsolver
  • Punctuality and attention to details, results focused
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • German fluent, good English, French an advantage
