Pour notre agence Europcar Genève ville, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Sales Representative (f/m)Ta mission – au cœur de la vente et du conseil client
Rattaché(e) au responsable d'agence, Ton rôle principal est d'offrir une expérience client optimale et contribuer au développement du chiffre d'affaires grâce à des conseils adaptés.
- Accueillir les clients et identifier précisément leurs besoins
- Accompagner nos clients dans les choix des solutions de mobilité les plus adaptés
- Proposer des options complémentaires lorsque celles-ci apportent une réelle valeur ajoutée pour le client
- Établir les réservations, contrats de location et assurer la facturation finale
- Gérer la remise et la réception des véhicules avec professionnalisme
