The purpose of this role is to operationalize and maximise the growth potential of Implant Systems portfolio, as well as develop business for long-term sustainability. The opportunity is very large with a market share of 20-25% on the implant market.

This role will be responsible for leading a global team of product managers, research and development, manufacturing and supply chain, open innovation as well as leading the charge to double the business.

  • Drive global market share gains. Consistently deliver results, develop a differentiated and superior implant system solution and ecosystem.
  • Accountable for driving cost and revenues improvement and sustain profitability (margins) of the product portfolio
  • Provide leadership to Product Management (Upstream marketing), Research and Development and Open Innovation Group
  • Oversee Manufacturing and Supply Chain process to include driving operational excellence and EBS principles
  • Collaborate and partner closely with sales to drive exceptional revenue growth.
  • Strategic Leadership, developing and executing a strategic vision for the business unit, aligning it with the company ́s overall goals and objectives
  • Financial management, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the business unit operates efficiently and meet profitability objectives.
  • Product Development and Innovation, leading the development of new dental implants system, improving existing portfolio and staying at the forefront of technological advancement in the field
  • Market Analysis, conducting through market research to identify trends, customer needs and potential growth opportunities for the business unit.
  • Business Development, developing sales strategies, forging partnerships and expanding the business unit ́s market presence to drive revenue growth.
  • Regulatory compliance, ensuring that all products and operations adhere to relevant industry regulations, standards and legal requirements.
  • Customer Relations, building strong relationships with the key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring the business unit delivers products and services that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration, collaborating with other departments such Commercial Regions, Marketing and Regulatory & Quality to ensure seamless operations and product and product delivery.
  • Performance Analysis, regularly assessing the business unit ́s performance, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Risk Management, identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the business unit ́s operations, reputation, or financial performance.
  • Communication and reporting, providing clear and transparent communication to Senior Executives and team members regarding the business unit ́s progress, challenges and achievements.

  • 10 years experience in senior leadership roles
  • Dental Industry Expertise: indepth knowledge of dental implant system, the dental industry, and market trends.
  • Strong Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, set clear goals and ensure efficient operations in the BU
  • Strategic Vision developing a clear longterm vision for the business unit i
  • Business Development identifying new opportunities, partinerships and markets to expand the dental implant system business.
  • Financial Acumen to manage budget, allocate resources and ensure profitability
  • Driving innovation in product development, manufacturing process and customer experiences to stay competitive
  • Regulatory Compliance, ensuring products adhere to regulatory standards and navigating to complex legal landscape of the dental industry.
  • Building strong customer relationships and understanding their needs to deliver products that meet and exceed expectations
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, including executives, employees, investors and customers.
