Job Description:

Your team
Start your professional career mid-August 2023 with a commercial apprenticeship with us in Bioggio. During your three-year apprenticeship, you will support us with your drive and fresh ideas.

In different departments you will learn a variety of tasks and gain an insight into the administrative work of a banking software company.

Your mission

Administrative support in various areas, such as accounting and HR
Organization and coordination of meetings and events for various teams
Creating and processing information digitally and on paper, for example confirmations, documentation and presentations
Processing and reconciling invoices and payments

You will also spend 2 days a week at the commercial school and attend inter-company courses from time to time, where you can acquire further useful industry knowledge.

In each department you will have a contact person, who will look after you and is there to help you with any questions and give advice.

Qualifications:

What you need

You are looking for a 3year commercial apprenticeship (AFC) to be completed in parallel of the professional school
Good academic performance at school in the last years
High level of interest in business topics
Motivated, independent and responsible
Enjoys organising, coordinating and supporting team colleagues in their daily work
Accurate way of working
Fluent / Native Italian, good knowledge of English
