    In this role, you ensure and further improve quality of passenger related products and components of elevator systems by driving implementation of software test automation and contemporary quality assurance as part of an international, globally distributed software engineering team.

    Main tasks include:

    • Driving implementation and continued improvement of automated tests for passenger related UI products and components.
    • Defining scope and content of test campaigns, track progress, and take corrective actions.
    • Defining and enforcing the future strategy for the test automation framework together with software engineers, including needed simulation environment
    • Creating and maintain test scripts, specifications, and configurations
    • Collaborate with team colleagues locally and remotely, for example design new automated tests and perform reviews
    • Working in a global team and drive team work and know-how exchange

    You are a self-organized and highly responsible team player with strong analytic skills. Your familiarity in containerization strategy as well as your openness for new technologies are paired with your innovative thinking.

    Further requirements may include:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
    • Proven experience in testing and quality assurance of software-intensive products, test automation trainings or certifications are an advantage
    • Proficient user of software development tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • Knowledge of using testing tools and framework for web applications, including Puppeteer or Selenium and
    • Experience with REST or other web APIs
    • Used to collaborate in an international, distributed environment with changing priorities, elevator system knowledge is preferable
    • Proficient level of English, additional language skills are a plus
