Job summary
Mortgage Operations Analyst working on approved mortgage applications through to final closing coordinating with relationship managers notaries land registries and clients to collect validate required documents preparing German language offer letters contractual documentation explaining terms managing signature process working closely with notaries lien registration disbursement preparation property transfer steps disburse funds according to contractual conditions maintaining accurate data in internal mortgage client systems amortization interest schedules monitoring missed payments supporting client inquiries.
