Our client
is a small Swiss Private Bank with an established presence in Zurich and Geneva, our client is enjoying a period of growth, and looking to hire a new professional and experienced

LEGAL COUNSEL
You will be working in a small team of high dynamic and professional Legal specialists.

Responsibilities: _
Handle and prepare general legal clarifications
Drafting of contracts and legal documents
Participation in the revision of the existing bank contracts
Legal advice on strategic and regulatory projects and the specialist departments
Participation in the updating and further development of crossborder banking measures.
Requirements: _

YOU MUST HAVE a Swiss Legal education (Bachelor or Masters)

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum - 3 years of professional experience in financial services or law firm

YOU MUST HAVE Excellent in German (preferably Mother tongue) and very good English skills

Knowledge of banking and financial market law as well as data protection
They are happy to take a recent graduate with some banking/finance knowledge if you have a the right potential to grow and develop quickly
Careful, solutionoriented and independent way of working
A strong teamplayer, open person, flexible, with a high willingness to learn and develop
