In this role you will report to the Head of HR and support various HR administrative tasks. You will also support the Executive Assistant with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.Starting date:
As soon as possible
Place of work:
Schlieren, Switzerland.
Main responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records including filing and scanning
- Updating internal HR database and systems
- Support the Recruiting Process
- Preparing HR documents
- Support the Onboarding Process and coordination of onboarding program
- Support various HR projects
- General administrative support to the Executive Assistant in office management and contract management. Mostly recurring monthly tasks, e.
g:
- Support monthly recurring events
- Meeting planning
- Control of credit card invoices
- Take care of the contracts database
Profile
- Proven work experience in an HR support role or as an Administrative Assistant
- Commercial education, HR Assistant degree or similar
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important tasks
- Very good interpersonal skills, sensitivity and understanding of crosscultural complexities
- Fluent in English and German
- Applicants must be either Swiss citizens, EUnationals or have the legal right to live and work in Switzerland
