We are looking for a new superpower to join our kitchen team Madame Sum is founded by three alumni of EHL and we are now expanding.

- Daily production and execution of recipes in a production kitchen environment
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Production manager to execute daily tasks and improve processes
- Food preparation for catering, events and other
- Bring good vibes to our kitchen crew
- Support in the menu and concept of our pop up
- Support in recipe elaboration, execution and control support.
- We value teamwork and deliver the best results that meet customer expectations
- Support in receiving/handling/replenishment/storage procedures for dry and fresh products
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory and minimize material waste
- Compliance with HACCP
- Organize, clean and sanitize the walkin refrigerator and all storage areas
- Familiarize yourself with the correct use, maintenance and care of all equipment at each station.
- Participation in continuous onsite training to improve individual and team performance
- Responsible work
Requirements:
Minimum kitchen experience (production kitchen experience is a plus)
Kitchen studies or similar
A young and dynamic mindset, willing to learn and work in a collaborative team
English is a must
Swiss or EU passport
Working permit is a must
