On this journey, we are aiming for colleagues with a can-do spirit and who are willing to drive changes with an agile mindset as well as:

Proven track record as an agile product owner and/or business analyst
Higher education or degree in business, economics, banking, mathematics, IT, or the sciences
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services/ technology, ideally a combination of operational roles and project management roles; any additional experience in authority tax reporting area is an advantage
Excellent analytical skills with attention to details, and transparent working style with frequent communication
High level of stakeholder management skills at all hierarchical levels
Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, German would be an advantage, to ensure clarity and elicitation of business requirements
Proficient in Odyssey JIRA/Confluence, and MS PowerPoint/Excel
