Project/Role:

For our customer from the finance industry in Bern we are looking for Product Owner Marketing Automation Platform to be responsible for the effective ICT product development of the Marketing Automation Platform as well as maximizing value creation for stakeholders in an agile environment.

Main tasks:

Responsible for IT product development by prioritizing the backlog
Analyzing the market and competition
Operating active stakeholder management
Identifying and analyzing customer needs
Capturing and documenting requirements
Creating business cases
Developing and implementing the MarTech product strategy
Creating and maintaining product roadmaps
Coordinating product releases
Support the Scrum team in understanding the product visions
Supporting the Scrum team in selecting new, targeted technologies
Defining features
Ensuring governance and audits
Management of user acceptance tests

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a product owner
Product Owner Certification
Experience on the Salesforce platform (an advantage)
Experience with offshoring teams (an advantage)
Competitive situation in the sector of activity
