- Working within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing & Operations Technology cluster, in the Digital Business Engineering unit. Your key role in this unit will be to function as the delivery engine for D&T. As our Chapter Lead, you will support Digital Products and Applications through a holistic understanding of the following processes:

- 10+ years working experience in a similar role.
- Experience and effective people management skills.
- Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles.
- Deep experience in supply chain planning processes and technologies
- Functional understanding across at least 2 of the following products/capabilities are required – SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, SAP APO, SAP BW, supply chain analytics & KPIs, ATP/gATP/aATP.
- Business level English language and communication skills. Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and at all levels in the organization.

As our Chapter Lead, Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible for leading and developing a group of professionals within a specific area of expertise, known as a "chapter."
