- Drive new ideas and discoveries in manure and nutrient management systems and environmental impact
- Conduct scientific studies on manure management and nutrient cycling for revenue generation, GHG emissions reduction, soil health improvement, and regenerative agriculture
- Test and validate technologies in real-life research farm conditions
- Contribute to publications, communications, and patents
- Support technology transfer to Nestlé Product and Technology Center/Operation teams
- Provide advice and support for research in agricultural systems, environmental impact, and regenerative agriculture
- Communicate project results to scientific and business audiences
- in agricultural or livestock sciences, sustainability, or environmental sciences, with a specific focus on greenhouse gas emissions in manure and nutrient management
- 3 years research experience in environmental sustainability within agricultural operations, preferably with expertise in dairy cattle, including proficiency in study design, methods, analysis, and data interpretation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sustainability issues related to manure and fertilizer management
- Proven track record of effective scientific communication, including presenting at scientific meetings
- Fluent in English
