Aufgaben

Together with our dynamic team, you will develop the rapidly growing Swiss and international market for silicone solutions based on additive manufacturing (3D printing).

In doing so, you will become an expert for our globally leading and unique SAM technology, on which globally active and highly innovative corporate customers rely daily.

You will advise and develop solutions for our rapidly growing and highly diversified customer base.

Your area of responsibility

• Successful implementation of the sales strategy and identification of further market potential
• Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships offering top notch customer service
• Preparation of quotations and offers / processing and monitoring of orders and pursuant tasks
• Cooperation with the R&D and production departments
• Systematic quotation and project tracking as well as lead processing
• Organisation, planning and participation of trade fairs, customer events and meetings

Qualifikation

• Basic technical training in relevant fields
• Several years of experience in sales & account management with according responsibility.
• Experience in Contract Manufactruing or Silicone Injection Molding is a plus.
• High level of selfmotivation and independence as well as good self and time management skills
• Very high level of commitment, team player and customer focus, combined with competent, stylish appearance, advisory skills and negotiating skills
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Fast and thorough understanding of customer needs with a high willingness to learn on a daily basis
• German as mother tongue combined with very good English skills required
